On July 25th, over 300 supporters joined us to celebrate our community and the Chattooga River at Chattooga Belle Farm in Long Creek, SC. The stormy weather cleared up just in time for everyone to enjoy the stunning grounds and views while music by Steady Hand String Band and Prince Toad drifted through the valley.
We thoroughly enjoyed Chef Amanda Callahan’s farm-to-table dinner and dessert along with drinks provided by Reid Farmstead, Carolina Bauernhaus, Jocassee Valley Brewing Company, Golden Grove Farm & Brew, and Appellation Wine. With 59 silent auction items, 20 raffle items, and plenty of t-shirt and sticker options, there were so many opportunities to support protecting the beautiful Chattooga River and its watershed. We hope everyone ended up with something good!
